From September 17th to 18th, 2018, the delegation led by Kelechi Kalu, Vice President of University of California, Riverside, visited AHMU again. President Cao Yunxia cordially met with the guests and had a friendly talk with them. Both sides signed an agreement of inter-university cooperation afterwards.
During their talk, President Cao Yunxia introduced the history of our university and congratulated University of California, Riverside on its recent excellent achievements. Kelechi Kalu introduced University of California, Riverside and expressed his willingness to further deepen exchange and cooperation with our university. Subsequently, the two sides signed an agreement of inter-university cooperation and planned to carry out a joint student training program in the future. In-depth talks were also conducted on the exchanges of students, the further education and scientific research cooperation among teachers and young doctors and so on.
The delegation, accompanied by Wu Qiang, Director of Foreign Affairs Office of our university, visited the campus and the relevant facilities, and went to High-Tech Branch of the First Affiliated Hospital of AHMU. After listening to the detailed introduction of each department and observing the areas like the operation rooms, wards and waiting areas, the guests expressed their admiration for the construction of the affiliated hospitals of our university.
The heads of some functional departments, schools and affiliated hospitals were also present at the meeting.
