On the morning of November 4, 2019, the briefing for the Accreditation of Clinical Medicine Education at Anhui Medical University was held in the lecture hall on the first floor of the library. Wang Cuifeng, Vice Governor attended the meeting and met the experts of Assessment Team before the briefing. All members of the Assessment Team for the Accreditation of Clinical Medicine Education, MOE, attended the meeting, including Sun Baozhi, the team leader as well as Professor of China Medical University, Wen Mingang, the vice team leader as well as Professor of Southern Medical University, Li Heping, Vice Chairman of CPPCC Provincial Committee and Director of Anhui Provincial Department of Education, Zuo Jun, Deputy Secretary-general of the Provincial Government and Shan Xiangqian, CPC Secretary of the Provincial Health Commission. Gu Jiashan, Secretary of the CPC Committee of AHMU, delivered a welcome speech, and Cao Yunxia, President of AHMU presided over the opening ceremony.
Following the instructions of Working Committee for the Accreditation of Clinical Medicine Education, MOE, the Assessment Team will conduct a 5-day investigation of the University’s Clinical Medicine Education. They will listen to work reports, conduct visits and discussions, attend classes randomly, observe teaching rounds, consult teaching files, pay field investigations to affiliated hospitals and teaching bases, etc., to conduct a comprehensive review of the university’s education in terms of guiding ideology and basic conditions for management, the quality of talent cultivation, etc..
