On June 22, 2018, a symposium on “Medical Alliance System and Incentive Assessment Mechanism” sponsored by AHMU was successfully held in Hefei. XueHaining, deputy director of the System Reform Department of National Health Commission, was invited to attend the meeting. Vice president of AHMU Zhu Qixing attended the meeting and delivered an opening speech.
In his speech, Zhu Qixing stressed that, for further medical reform, medical alliance construction is significant and innovative, which is beneficial to medical resources exchange and helps improve the overall effectiveness of the medical service system. What is the most important in medical alliance construction are favorable management system and the innovative incentive assessment mechanism, which must be clearly defined and improved as soon as possible.
The attending experts are from the National Health Commission, Anhui Health Planning Committee, the First Affiliated Hospital of AHMU, First Affiliated Hospital of USTC, Second Affiliated Hospital of AHMU, Deqing County Health Planning Committee of Zhejiang Province, and Health Planning Committees and hospitals of Kaihua, Zhejiang Province, and Xuancheng, Tongling, Ningguo and Yingshang, Anhui Province.
The symposium focuses on the project of “Medical Alliance Management System and Incentive Assessment Mechanism” entrusted to Professor Yang Jinxia of the School of Health Management of AHMU by System Reform Department of National Health Commission. On the basis of the introduction of the practice of medical alliance and medical communitiesof the First Affiliated Hospital of AHMU, First Affiliated Hospital of USTC, Second Affiliated Hospital of AHMU, Deqing County Health Care Group of Zhejiang Province, the definition, connotation and denotation of medical alliance, the management system and incentive mechanism of medical alliance were fully discussed.
