On the afternoon of December 6, 2018 the 6th Top Ten Academic Stars (Postgraduate Students’ Academic Forum) was held in Anhui Medical University. President Cao Yunxia addressed the academic forum. Liu Qunying, Vice Secretary of the Party Committee, presided over the launching ceremony. Twenty-five participants from 12 postgraduate training units presented their scientific research achievements.
Top Ten Academic Stars has been held for six consecutive sessions. It is a brand project of postgraduate quality education in Anhui Medical University. It plays an important role in creating a good academic atmosphere and promoting the healthy development of postgraduate education in Anhui Medical University. The forum was assigned into groups of basic medicine(11 participants) and clinical medicine(14 participants). Each participant gave a brilliant performance in a short period of ten minutes, presenting their innovative thinking, research process and research results to the judges. The expert group made comprehensive comments on the performances of the participants.
The academic forum is an important part of Top Ten Academic Stars for the postgraduates. With presentations of the postgraduates, a platform for academic exchangeshas been set up, greatly arousing their academic enthusiasm and creating a strong academic atmosphere.
